Samsung has a host of Galaxy devices lined up for launch next week. At its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1, the company will take wraps off three Galaxy S23 series flagship smartphones and Galaxy Book 3 series Windows laptops. As the event draws closer, we are seeing more leaks about these devices. An exclusive report from MySmartPrice today revealed the key specs of the Galaxy Book 3 Pro and Galaxy Book 3 Ultra.

According to the new report, Samsung will offer the Galaxy Book 3 Pro in two screen sizes — 14-inch and 16-inch. It’s an AMOLED panel with a 3K resolution, likely 2880 x 1800 pixels. The laptop will be available in two processor options — 13th Gen Intel Evo Core i5-1340P and Core i7-1360P. The Korean firm will equip the machine with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 1TB NVMe SSD PCIe Gen4 storage, and ‎Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics.

The 14-inch Galaxy Book 3 Pro will get a 63Whr battery, while the 16-inch model will pack a 76Whr battery. Both support 65W fast charging. The former will measure 11mm in thickness and weigh 1.2 Kg. The latter is reportedly 13mm thick and weighs in at 1.6 Kg, which is pretty slim for a 16-inch laptop. These machines will come preinstalled with Windows 11 Home. Looking at these specs, the Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 will be nothing but a 16-inch Galaxy Book 3 Pro with a convertible display.

Samsung’s Galaxy Book 3 Ultra is a beast of a Windows laptop

The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, on the other hand, is in a league of its own. After all, it is the first even Ultra-branded laptop from Samsung. The device will feature an identical AMOLED screen but leaves other models behind with its internals. The Korean firm is offering a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processor here. The chipset is paired with up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB NVMe SSD PCIe Gen4 storage. It also gets 8GB of NVIDIA RTX4070 GDDR6 dedicated graphics.

Elsewhere, Samsung is equipping the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra with a 76Whr battery, with 136W fast charging support. The laptop will boast an AKG-tuned quad speaker setup with Dolby Atmos sound. It will run the latest Windows 11 version out of the box. This beast of a laptop from Samsung will have a 17mm thick body and weigh 1.8 Kg. That’s pretty lightweight for what it offers. For reference, the Dell XPS 15 weighs up to 2.10 Kg depending on the configuration. Stay tuned for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Book 3 launch next week.
